I have shared famed Chef John Rivera Sedlar’s passion in spreading the stories of our culinary heritage. In an attempt to support Chef Sedlar’s efforts to build MUSEUM TAMAL, The Center of Latin Culinary Arts and History, my food consulting company, Mood for Food, has donated $5,000 to help secure a permanent home for the museum in Los Angeles. The donation also helps with the fabrication of some of the cultural and culinary exhibitions. We have also donated our marketing services pro bono for this aspiring project.

Museum Tamal: The Center of Latin Culinary Arts and History
“A museum dedicated to the celebration of Latin culture as viewed through the lens of food”.

Over the past 20 years, I have had the honor of working with some of the most talented people in the food world. One thing which binds us all is our visceral love of food.

I challenge and invite all my friends to match my monetary donation in support of this magical cause.
